Mission:
“We are dedicated to providing support services and helping people; with the realization that every person can make a difference by serving others. We help to foster a sense of community and bring hope to the inner city and urban areas.”

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Program:
Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals often have issues unique to their community such as the language barrier between children and parents who do not know sign language. Parents who do not know sign language and do not speak English often are not able to communicate well.

We provide services that include sign language interpreting for families and even sign language interpretation for non-English speaking parents to their English speaking deaf children. We also help with counseling, conflict resolution, scholarships, job searches, sports and community events specifically tailored to the needs of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
Leadership Training for Minority Youth:
Our leadership program is aimed to sculpt young women and men into intellectual leaders and cultural ambassadors for their communities. Our program teaches students to proud of American history and the importance of contributing to society in a positive way. Students are also taught how to become better prepared for careers after completing secondary school. Participating youth also receive peer counseling training and academic consultations. We have formed partnerships with other organizations and businesses to funnel students into different programs including summer camps, internships, and scholarships. Our training emphasizes emotional well-being and healthy lifestyle choices. Students are mentored and assisted with applying to college.
We provide role models and leaders from the community to lead group discussions. Our organization promotes literacy, health awareness, and conflict resolution within a school setting.
Many are high achievers, athletes, musicians, artists, and poets. The training provides a platform through which students can relate to others and realize their potential. We work hard to instill a sense of pride and social responsibility in our trainees.
