Speaker Highlight: Kirkland Lynch talked to students about the importance of networking and surrounding one self with positive people. One of his words of wisdom to students was to make sure they were challenging themselves by interacting with people who were smarter or more knowledgeable so they could grow as individuals.

Kirkland Alexander Lynch is an Associate Director of Global Business & Legal Affairs in the Los Angeles headquarters of Universal Music Group. Prior to joining Universal Music Group, Kirkland was an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP. Lynch is also a winner of Grammy U’s Business Plan competition.
